About FizzBrush

FizzBrush began the way a lot of small trades do. One person, one van, and a phone that rang because the work was good and word got around. The first jobs were spare rooms and hallways for neighbours in East London. Nothing glamorous. Just careful work, a fair price, and a clean-up at the end that people were not used to.

What we noticed early on was how nervous people were about having decorators in the house. They had been let down before. A job that ran a week over. A quote that crept up once the work started. Paint splashed on a carpet and nobody owning up to it. So we built the whole team around fixing those exact things.

What we actually do

We paint interiors and exteriors, hang wallpaper, and skim walls and ceilings back to smooth. We work on Victorian terraces, new-build flats, shops and small offices. Some jobs are a single feature wall. Some are a full house before someone moves in. We take both as seriously.

Most of the team has been decorating in London for over a decade. We know how a damp north-facing wall behaves, why old plaster cracks, and which paints hold up in a busy family kitchen. That knowledge is the difference between a finish that looks great on day one and one that still looks great after two winters.

How we work

Before a brush comes out, we cover the floors and anything we cannot move. We prep properly, so filling, sanding and priming, because that is where a lasting finish is won or lost. Then we paint, cut the edges by hand, and check the work in daylight before we call it done. Every evening the room gets hoovered and your things go back where they were.

You get one point of contact for the whole job and a written price up front. If we spot something extra once we are in, we tell you and agree it before we do it. No surprises at the end. That is the bit people remember, and it is why so much of our work now comes from customers we have painted for before.
